Dr. Bilal Malik is a physician turned algorithmic trader and AI builder. With a background spanning medicine, quantitative finance, and software engineering, he brings a uniquely multidisciplinary approach to building technology companies.

After years of developing proprietary trading systems and building AI-driven tools, Bilal founded NOVASTRAT Global to consolidate his ventures under a single holding structure — purpose-built for scale, strategic alignment, and international expansion.

His portfolio spans AI-powered trading SaaS (TechDagger), financial media and education (TradeDagger), and Japanese automotive export operations (Premium Drives Japan).
